Book review: Two States

Two States
                                        - Chetan Bhagat.

Two states of Chetan Bhagat is the story of his own wedding with some work of fiction.
The novel is based upon two couples who are from two different states, castes, culture and religion . They both want get united in spite of their differences.
The story starts in IIM campus and ends up in their wedding reception. The two main characters are Krish Malhorta,a North Indian Punjabi boy and Ananya Swaminathan, a Tamilian Brahmin girl. They both were in love during their college days.It clearly says that " According to Indian culture, wedding is not a matter of two hearts alone , its a matter of both families.
The story's baseline is about how Krish and Ananya try to convince their family for their wedding. They also succeeded in it and are blessed with twins.
The entire story was about how two individuals struggle for their marriage from two different extremes in India.
The book is so compelling that i completed in one go.The language used is very simple and easy to understand with humorous tone.
