  3. Relax yourself like listening music,massaging,taking a nice bath
  4. Do yoga and meditation
  5. Eat properly
  6. Do what you love
  7. Try out new hobby
  8. Learn new language

TREATING WITH MENTAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Avoid negative thinking
  • Write down your plus points and success in your past
  • Develop a sense of humour
  • Hang out with friends
  • Share your worries
  • Identify the thing that is worrying you
  • Forget the thing that you cannot change at any cost
  • Read your favorite book once again
